Aluminum casting was a very mature industry in Southern China. Our associated tooling shops fabricated hundreds of aluminum casting molds monthly. Normal aluminum cast mold development time is 6 calendar weeks from tooling design to 1st shot. Express service of 4 weeks can be offered to time critical parts. Our customers were originated mainly from the USA and Europe. Majority of the molds fabricated was for auto parts and home appliances. However, we also had years of experience on fabricating small and precise parts (to +/- 0.002 inch or +/- 0.05 mm) molds. Our associated shops possessed the advantages of the very affordable China human resources and the state-of-art machinery imported from Europe and Japan. These are the key elements that we are confident to deliver low cost, on time and high quality molds and parts to our customers.
