Zinc Casting

There are over 1000 Zinc casting factories in Southern China. Most of them had very successful casting products in spite of their factory sizes. This was a result of a very mature zinc casting tooling fabrication industry in this region. Our zinc casting factory was one of those successful ones that owned a high quality, skillful and experienced tool shop. Our tool shop was capable to fabricate zinc casting molds with a lot of flexibility in terms of time, precision and engineering support. We are fast and punctual on mold delivery. Our normal zinc cast mold development time is 6 calendar weeks from tooling design to 1st shot but we can schedule express fabrication to expedite the period to 3 to 4 weeks. Together with our state-of-art CNC machining capabilities, we are capable to fabricate tooling and parts from categories of ordinary hardware, or equipmental devices, or auto parts to precision zinc casting parts. Our tool shop can accept part drawings including 3D CAD/CAM as well as 2D CAD files.
